Just wanted to pass along a rubber rejuvenator that is reasonable and I've been happy with the results so far. Not always an option as much of the rubber on the old girls just has to be replaced, but does give you some options for non critical bits.

awww....
i guess the rt has a little more height and room about there og ...
and the horn mount is somewhat differently attached to the suport frame.
i just looked at your pics ... how long did you make it ?
mine is less than 100 mm (4 inches)total .
but with what you have built ...is there room to go vertically from the same mount ?
maybe a little twist in the bracket might be needed or remounting the relays slightly .

same rules apply mate try to mount the cables to something solid nearby.

it looks a tight squeeze for anything in there anyhow ...and im surprised at the size of the relays supplied ...i had imagined them a little smaller.. (amazing what perspective can do)

good luck buddie

Simple fix on the relays. Just rotated them 90 degrees so they are almost parallel with the ground and they cleared the fairing and should be plenty of room for instrument pods.

Since the fairing is out loaded up the new headlight bulb. Went conservative with the 65/70 W to avoid any heat related issus, and may have to add driving lights later as it gets pretty nasty here in the fall/winter.
