Reflections upon as near a perfect day as have seen lately.
Hmmmm. What fun!

Pal called in the early morning today wanting to know if he and gal could come down and use my seakayaks in the Ohio River...and go with.
I race against and workout with this fellow..paddling.

Sure!....had to do some "errands" on the bike...like about 2 hours worth before getting with them...(cut me a break..has been about 5 weeks with no biking..key issue... making up for time lost...tis therapy ). Smile

Where we were, the River is about 800 meters across. Temp was 66 F...big winds and waves.

After that, more errands on the bike through twisty turny back roads, coming home with smile on face.

Still have it.

Regards,
Jim..no date tonight..obviously, Smile
