Here is my cracking 1984 K 100. I love this bike, although as you can see I'm not to keen on polish .
Anyhow I decided to alter her a little:
She's now sporting a nice chrome headlight, polished alloy headlight brackets and will soon have a single seat with the seat rails chopped off. The numberplate and rear light will mounted on the side.
I would like to remove those clunky old clocks, but the starter and charging system doesn't work when they are removed? Any way past that do you know? I would also like to cut down that exhaust and have a 'turnout' at the end of the downpipes. I would like her louder, she's way to quiet, but not too loud.
This winter she'll be stripped, the frame will powder cotaed black and the bodywork/ tank sprayed gun metal grey. She'll look lovely .
