Just a quick question for the end of season jobs.

Had an oil dribble from bell housing after bike sat for at least a couple of years, maybe a half teaspoon when sitting on centre stand for a week.

Since I have driven it almost 400 km I might get a drop after sitting for a couple of days, used blue devil sealer in engine oil.

This fall will pull tranny back to lube clutch spline.

From previous.posts it is suggested leak is the o ring not the main seal.

When I pull the tranny off will the oil leak pattern be visible in the face of the clutch if so is the o ring an easy fix?I

I assume if it is main seal oil would show behind the clutch?

once you have it down to the stage where you can replace the O-ring then the seal is a very easy step further.
