Hi to you all
As you can see I'm a new member from Melbourne Au and proud owner of a Wulf K100 JPS ... John Player Special.

The bike is a factory add on to the original Wulf Gerstenmaier K100. Very few of these K100 kits were ever built (less than 100-150 ).

Welcome to the forum.

Hi
Photo not the best but this is the Wulf K100 JPS.....John Player Special

JPS Team BMW is a former Australian motor racing team that ran from 1981-1987. The team's main focus was touring car racing but also ran insports sedans and GT cars as well. The team, under the management of former British Touring Car Champion and Formula One racer Frank Gardner.
This is where BMW Australia had this bike made when they brought out the 6 series BMW touring car championship racing back in 85 as part of their promotional aspect to their vehicles
I am led to believe that there were 3 bikes in total. This was actually purchased by my dad who lives in Phillip Island and the other two in Sydney but they no longer exist....damaged totally.

It appears that I'm having problems uploading photos....or I'm doing something wrong

Is this what your bike looks like?  Absolutely lovely vid of what may be the only one in North America.

As as you can the bike has a double seat, it also comes with a single seat with extended cowling.
Bike registered  plates is "WULF". On the single seat it has a wolf's tail attached to give that extra flair.
When BMW Australia commissioned the bikes the computer chips were altered giving the bike extra performance. Since then it has been installed with a better performance Staytune exhaust system which has provided the bike with an overall high performing and sweet grunt sound similar to that of a race bike.
Back in the late 80's the bike won the Mayor's Award for Best Bike in Sydney.

As per below link this is the Wulf Gertenmier bike which the person of the same name an ex-German racing rider who then produced kits for Porsche and BMW bikes.
But as you can see BMW Australia added the JPS coloring profile similar to the Norton bikes that were previously set up as.

Fortunately for me I am now the proud owner of what would be the only bike of this type on this planet. Mind you there has been some copies made but nowhere near as good by someone after seeing mine back at the Sydney bike show some 10 odd years ago.
