4V - yes, 2V - no. On the 2-valves there's an airflow meter in the top of the box which is an integral part of the fueling system. The most you can really do with that is hang the AFM directly off the plenum chamber inlet and fit it with a K&N or similar.

Fit early 4 valve ECU,sub loom and sensors-it's easy if you can get the parts,
I did it with a 2 valve K100 track bike to simplify the intake system and get rid of the air flow meter. I've now changed to a 16v motor so all's well again.

A question on this. Does the 16 valve use/require the 4 hole injectors?

No problems at all with fitment. The 2v ran well but not quite perfect according to the dyno readout. It made 89bhp at the rear wheel but it was a tuned motor.Dai wrote:Hmmm - that's got my attention. Did you run into any problems at all?
