hey guys and gals , whats the best/easiest way to get the water coolant hose out of the crankcase cover and get the new one in. im thinking lots of lube and hot water , lol .

If you really are replacing the hose, cut it up and pull it out. To get the new one in, I use silicon grease and brute force. After a while you'll find that any excess silicon grease will be removed by the leprechauns, though quite what they want with it I still don't know.

Seriously though; lots of silicon grease. Push one side of the hose in so that it's a U-shape and grab the folded part with a pair of good long-nose pliers. Then apply the brute force. The leprechauns will clean the remaining grease off overnight.

I used dish soap to get my old one out and to put a new one in. Once I got it moving, getting it out wasn't too bad but did require some effort. I didn't cut mine up as I kept it. The new one went back in with hardly any effort at all.

thanks guys , im sure the leprechauns use the grease to polish their gold , but ive never been able to catch them at it . crankcase cover 112350
