So is that the air cleaner (red) below the new style radiator?
What is the purple piece?

Yes, the red air cleaner is on the turbo, the secondary induction is off the bike at the moment. The purple piece is also part of the turbo. The aluminium radiator is the intercooler for the turbo and the regular radiator is behind it.Shep wrote:So is that the air cleaner (red) below the new style radiator?

About 145hp with mild boost from this setup but 185+hp is possible from the components I have. The engine is solid but with 60K turbo miles I don't want to push my luck. I do plan to rebuild the engine next year at which point I will turn up the boost and see what it will do.

IIRC the factory built the engine to take 175bhp and then de-rated it for production. IIRC.
