Looking for a belly pan or belly fairing for my 85 k100. Willing to modify if necessary. Even suggestions are appreciated. Does anyone know of an aftermarket mfg? I’ve been keeping an eye on eBay with very little luck. Thanks!

eBay source

The above link has ended, but these guys (Flatracer UK) have been making a repro that's really, really nice, for some time now.

Also, go to the forum's search engine and type in 'belly pan'. There you'll find all sorts of links and suggestions from over the years. Of course, some of them will be dead ends.

As well, I've deleted the other two duplicate posts on this subject that you've made.

There's a guy making fairings for a wide range of older bikes, here in Australia. Here is his belly pan for K100 on Ebay
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/BMW-K100-Belly-Pan/264857373650?hash=item3daabacbd2:g:V~MAAOSw-mNfXYyO

He has a website too so you can contact him there if you're worried about shipping to the US etc. Not too sure If he'll do that but if you get desperate I could help out and ship it for you.
https://avenue748.wordpress.com/bmw-fairings/

I'm after one too so he might do a price deal for two.
Cheers

It will. I suggest you send a PM (Personal Message in Inbox above) to the original requestor. Otherwise, it'll be gone in a flash to someone speedier.  bounce

@nytrainer if still available please pm me (not sure how to or I’d send you one). The holidays have taken my attention away from this post but I’m back at it and very interested. Thanks!

Thanks!! I didn’t see this one! Matches my paint too!!

No worries. glad if i could be of help.

One thing, do you already have the metal frame that goes on the inside of the belly pan ?
You will need that one as the belly pan attaches to the frame and the frame screws into the engine block.

By the way, your naked K will look really cool with a belly pan.  Belly pan 112350

Modified:
Found another one in germany, postage will come in addition and it's white, but this one seems to be brand new.

Same item but cheaper if you go direct:
BMW K 100 RS 589 Motor Spoiler Bugspoiler grundiert engine primed 46632315477

But, since it's undrilled, it might be a GRP copy.

It looks as though this Aussie supplier has lowered his price (possibly temporarily) in combination with the Yankee greenback growing slightly stronger against most major currencies at the moment. Bummer he doesn't post to Americaland. I s'pose next time I'm "On the Road to Gundagai" I'll havta grab one.
