hi folks

some time ago nigel ,,,aka Captain holister  did an order for a group buy  of appropriate hall effect sensors

I bought some from him but cant find mine after all these years , I thought I had them stored in my parts bin (new parts- electrical  )

so im on the hunt for replacements to fit up to some suspected broken - faulty hes assemblies

this is for the redframe project , I have some  in unknown condition , and some in known , but faulty condition

does someone have a set that they no longer need ???   before I go and buy new at jaycar ..

It's the CYHME56. No idea if it would be any cheaper than Jaycar and if you can afford to wait for them.

I think the price hasn't changed much since the original thread was posted

BUT  the aussie dollar value to the euro has …after freight costs are added.. putting them fairly close to the locally available  version , which I have used in gerty successfully now for over 60,000 klms

Charlie, I found one sitting in the shed here somewhere recently but it's in unknown condition. Happy to send it up to you or you can grab it when you're down here next ride.

Charlie, I also bought a few of these from the Captain, a few years ago. Alas, I unloaded all of my "K" stuff with the Yellow Peril.

Do the K75's use the same HES as the K100's? And if not are they also available from Jaycar?

Gee Charlie if you buy all 6 where are you going to polish and mount them all.

I have tried putting in the CYHME 56 part no for the HES on Jaycars site but nothing comes up. The only HES they seem to have is a HKZ101. Are they the same?

yes martin   compatible ...if you look at the suppliers website  from the original thread you will find them there

as jaycar said when they reintroduced the hes  to stock , not the same original  Honeywell part but compatible
