Hi everyone! I'm new to this and am refurbishing  a K100. It has a twin headlight fairing which I havent seen on another K100 although a photograph of one is in the styles photo list on this site. It doesn't have a description however and so I can't refer to it by name.
Previous owner chipped the corner of the screen trying to force it out with a screwdriver without removing the retaining rubber. Does anyone recognise my description so that I can hunt down a replacement or know of a repair method.? I would put a photo up but im finding the site difficult to get around and dont know how to do that?

you probably need a few more posts in the introduction section ...and some time , before posting pics in a new thread is possible

the reasons are to slow down what we call "flooding "  (mass posts) from sometimes "spammers"

give it a few days  and try again ?
but keep on posting in the introduction thread ...yes ?

You can post a photo of your bike's fairing as an avatar right now

Log in. Click the Profile tab then click the Avatar tab. Take a photo of the front of your bike at headlight level angled slightly to the left or right as close as you can get so it can still show some of the profile of the fairing. Follow the instructions for resizing the photo as an avatar then post it as such.

Thanks for very quick replies. I will try to post some details and also try to post an avatar. Wish I was better at the general computing malarky...but I shall learn!

Learning how to use computer functions is exactly same as learning mechanical procedures; it's just cleaner. Laughing
