The K12 had a completely different design of front end with one single shock absorber, can't remember the name now.

I have been looking around for a front wheel from any motorcycle brand that will fit the K1200RS rear wheel but no such luck.
I think I am going for the wired rims.
Does anybody know what BMW wired rear wheel will fit the K100?

Do you mean that you're looking for a front wheel that MATCHES the K1200RS rear wheel...for looks?...for function? Wired meaning spoked?

Also, R1100GS & R1150GS 17" rear spoked wheels will fit a K100 after you've replaced the original final drive 'face' with the version that accepts the smaller, non-square calliper - also from a GS - due to brake disc to wheel clearance issues. Look at Konstantin's post from a coupla years ago.
