Laconia, New Hampshire hosts one of the oldest continuous motorcycle events (92 years) in North America (ie. USA).

Here are some snapshots of this year's event:

Ok, may not be in order. R1150R, R1200C, R75 maybe with chair and machine gun, R1200GS, K100LT also K1200S x 2 or K1300S or 1 of each. Bonus, Ya gotta be kidding!

Ya, the old R75 is a great catch. But, you miss-called the poster's bike (hint, hint).

The extra credit is going to be tough. Hint, one of these bikes is not like the others.   Smile

Some very nice photos there.

I see a Baja Red K RT in this one, what interests me are the driving lights. How are they mounted to avoid meeting the fender?.....I have a similar pair of lights but not worked out how to mount them.

92KK,

These brackets come up occasionally on e-Bay. I posted on that subject last year;

https://www.k100-forum.com/t5634-retrofit-rt-w-k100-fork-mounted-lights

I'm pretty happy with them, but it seems the brackets may have been modified by someone in advance as they show signs of brazing. It sounds crazy, but someone may have modified the brackets to aim the lights higher! These were originally designed to hold a fog lamp and road lamp, but I'm using two road lights (I don't ride in fog if I can help it). So, in addition to normal adjustments I've had to shim the light sockets in order to keep the lights down. It was frustrating at first, but they are fine now.

Also, the original design had the brackets mounting between the triple-tree braces, and I have them just below the lower triple-tree brace. There was a problem with faring interference, when turning forks the top of the light housing brushed up against the bottom of the faring causing the light assembly to go out of adjustment. So, over the winter I moved the  bracket down the fork tube about a centimeter (~3/8"), so now the lights clear the faring just right.

While they appear an elegant solution (and they are), one must be willing to fiddle around a bit to get them just right on RT/LT models.  Rolling Eyes
