As long as it also says it's GL5 and Hypoid somewhere on the label, then go for it. The 'weight' range or viscosity is adequate.

I called Lucas and they said that it is GL5 and Hypoid.  The fluid that I dumped out of it looked and smelled like motor oil and was thick, I wondering if the previous owner put in motor oil?  I did put the Lucas in and went for a ride and the shifting was very smooth could shift with running shoes on (just for a test ride around my neighbourhood).  The person I spoke to at Lucas said that it should be fine so I will try it for a while.
