As the Winter Olympics will soon be beemed into our lounge rooms worldwide, there come some interesting news reports about hotels without lobbies, door knobs which come off in your hand, manhole covers missing on the esplanade, piles of dirt in gardens, and along walkways, with potted plants still sitting unplanted - all of this with the games mere hours away.

It's enough to make you want to go....to the toilet that is, but beware for there are rules:
