Here from the south of the Netherlands (Dommelen).
Finally made it, as fast as the bike runs now (not....)

The beemer history started with a R80GS long time ago, had it for 3 years.
Some years ago bought a K100RT, sold to get a K1100LT.
Last spring sold that one, got a project, my bro his K75S.
Now it's mine, still wrestling with the bugger to get it running.

So here's my line-up, started 22 years ago;

Zundapp K80 watercooled 1984

Suzuki GSX550ES
Suzuki X7 (GT250)

BMW K1100LT 1993
BMW K75S 1987 07/1987 K569 K 75 S (0572) USA (have now)

Hi wheeldigger good to have you along for the ride.
I know a guy that had that many bikes in a 12 month period, I think he is still paying them off after 22 years and he doesnt even own any of them anymore.

My list could be longer, as I had a SR250 and a X7, but they never run.

Update; exchange the fork. Not easy, the RT is 41mm, the S is 41,5mm.

The gouvernement in the Netherlands made the name and gender change today in the BRP (Basic Registration Persons).

Made the arrangements for my ID and drivinglicence too, will be done next week

Hey Arlina, at the end of the day it is the same you that has been on this forum for a long time, but I'm glad that you and your country have recognised your true identity. I wish you well. However, we are all here because of our love of the BMW K series and how it affects our lives in so many ways and that is what is most important and it really doesn't matter if you are rich or poor, male or female, healthy of unwell, old or young - it is the love of the bike that draws us all together. Ride on and live life to the full. If people don't "get" you, that's their loss, not yours.
