Yeah mate, sent an email.
Price for 2 shirts delivered is 50Euro.
Not sure on the cost for 6 shirts, but hopefully it would be a lot cheaper.

South Tyrol in Northern Italy, where I visited a work colleague, he informed me they got snow the next day.




A minor diversion to Bologna to visit the Ducati factory - some of you might recognise this machine.

Our man in Dublin went all the way to Italy.......to a BMW gathering.......and brought us back a photo of.......a Ducati!! And a Misty Mountain Hop Top.

It is one lovely machine and my favourite Ducati.....

Getting ready for the Saturday run


 

A 1984 K100RS with more than a few modifications (about 240k on it plus the ABS works !)



The Sunday run was lead by the Rome Traffic police on modern bikes but they also brought this.



A K1 for the older gentleman (Note the extra wheels)



Friday nights excellent dinner (and Saturdays was just as good)

Looks like a great trip. How many Ks went? [including 4 wheel drive K1s]

This was a UK registered bike at the top of a Northern Italian pass, I struggled on the K with the hairpins so his clip-ons must have been even more difficult.



An 8 cylinder 500 cc Moto Guzzi (I did the Guzzi museum tour   )



And in case anyone complains a K1 at the Rome meet driven by an Italian female.

I reckon there were about 70 bikes over the 3 days, different ones appeared on Fri, Sat and Sunday but one observation most of the bikes were RS

Err - did you get that Girls number on the K1???

It was good to meet up with you in Rome and I am glad to see you made it back from your epic trip.
Was Vesuvius worth the trip and did you get caught in the rain as we did heading North ?

The rain were forecast so stayed in Rome extra day. Thunderstorms passed in night and then spent next day by pool to let everything dry out before heading down to Vesuvius & Almafi.

Vesuvius and the Almafi pennisular are now "ticked" activities rather then a worthwhile trip. Almafi region was overcrowded with tourists (almost gridlocked) , which spoiled the enjoyment of the coastline. But glad to have done them. 

But the really good bits (memories for ever) were
- Police escorted ride out on the Sunday in Rome (Jumped all junctions and red lights under bliue flashing light escort  )
- Alps and going over the passes

he`s the one that starts at 5.00 in Austria to arrive north of Hamburg to our anual meeting exacly at 15.00 .
just about 1000 km

yep for me too please XXL.......big stomach muscles.....howsabout a list for a job lot....

Sorry have to give it a miss the finances take a real big hit this time of year and there aint a rarzoo to spare.
