Hi does anyone know where i can get new brushes(probably plastic clip as well by looks of it some kind of dodgey repair but im sure i can fix that) for fan.Recently got one in job lot for elle( RT) but as box was knocked in post one brush snapped. Saw a unit on ebay for a bmw car that looked virtually same,

Also the rubber intake pipe motorworks and motobobins say its been discontinued by BMW,mines split so was going to repair anyone else had same problem?

This is funny, because this afternoon when replying to the post Is my fan faulty I included the following warning:
Just as a reminder, NEVER, NEVER aim the gun at the radiator when cleaning the bike with a pressure washer (Karcher). The fan is poorly designed and not waterproof. Water in the fan motor will result in having the plastic brush holders melting.
From all the burned ones that I saw, I would say that you are better to purchase a new one.
You could purchase a new one There
