I found these from a Queensland business - has anyone heard anything, or used them before?  I'm after organic to look after my new (expensive) discs.

EBC FA18 organics are the OEM I think - anyone got a source and cost for them?

Metalgear have been around for yonks. I've read and heard differing opinions last coupla years. A few members of the forum have used them. I sold them whilst at a Brissie suburban Beemer dealership a fair bit back prior to mid-2012, with good experiences, but have no experience with them beyond then. EBC wouldn't be OEM since they're a British brand, but you're correct that the part number FA18 (though not the HH compound) is for an 8 valve K bike with two piston callipers front and rear.

Type 'brake pads' or 'metalgear' into the forum's search engine for a whole heap of info from years back on members' experiences.

The EBC FA18 organics at Motorworks work out to $30AUD a pair.

I'm sure I'll be doing another Motorworks order at some stage, so will chuck them in my basket.
