Just ordered some of http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170911578130&ssPageName=ADME:L:OC:FR:3160 for the green instrument lights that have blown. They seem to have a wide angle of illumination, will let you know how they look.

Looks like I have been beaten to it! I thought that I had read all of the older posts on the forum since I joined, but that proves me wrong.

I used a different LED

Once you know the polarity of the LEDs you can use these pics from the forum to mount them.

Very nice dashboard light. I may copy the idea, changing all the bulbs to LEDs.

adiwan .....not all the lamps

best to keep the battery charge indicator as a globe .....it is used to help the altenator receive some field current

perhaps just renew it ?
