OK So along with all the problems I have been having with my 75c running lousy I have now developed an issue w/cooling fan...it comes on as soon as I push the start button and runs until I turn the key swith off. It stays running even with the water temp switch disconnected and the starter button depressed! Is it the temp relay?

The fan relay is powered from the fuel pump relay (and the load shedding relay), which is the reason it starts when pushing the starter button.

My only suggestion is to open the relay and check for welded contacts or broken/burnt coil windings.
Also check that terminal 15 is free for corrosion and got power (needed for activating the relay and
open the contacts).

hmmm could be a short in the cabling ,,,the sensor starts off high and goes low as the temp increses ......if there was a short to earth on that cable it could trigger the fan i guess
