When asking an experienced restorer here about servicing and cleaning of the injectors on my K75 he suggested I get these Bosch EV14 Multiport Injectors and not waste my money on servicing the old injectors. These also allegedly result in better performance and economy.
So I got a set from Powerbrick. So did my friend for his K100RS 8V.
The result is that both our machines do not idle at all, unless on the 2nd "choke" or fast idle setting. The K100 CO measurement went up from 2% to 12% +/-.
Anybody with experience?
I tried them on my K100RS 16V. All ok just get the feeling it's performance is a bit sluggish. Not tested on a dyno, so subjective.... Will have to check the fuel consumption.
