I started in on this one, yet more Triumphs showed up and there is no more room in the inn.
It's doubtful I'll ever finish what I started so bring a trailer, $1500.
Fairing and bags are off the bike and are in storage, it will need everything inside the tank (and maybe even a new one as someone stupidly left it full of gas), master cylinder and calipers will probably need rebuilt, new tires and rear shock are required as well along with a battery.
It'll take a bit to get it going but nothing insurmountable.
I got as far as a few short rides, stuck on steel braided brake lines, pulled the fairing and then it got buried in the back.  One of those.
Clean title, keys, some manuals.
Bike is in south central PA, zip 17363.1986 K100, Luftmeister Fairing, easy project bike, $1500 Bmw310

I wish I lived near PA. That looks like a worthy project.

How many miles on it?

It had 60K on it at that time. Gorgeous bike, Steve. That fairing looks amazing.

Thanks for saving me a trip to the garage!
The spring on the door broke, I'm waiting for the repair guy to show up.
The fairing really makes it, it's a pretty bike.
I don't want somebody to chop it up and make a scrambler or something out of it.

The garage is packed and I have to be honest, I'll never get to it.
Better to see it go to someone who will put it back on the road.

That faring looks K1-ish but without the decals.

I don't want to take this post off its original intent, but I'd like to see what the front opening of that fairing looks like if you have time.
