Hi everyone here are a few photos of my K100 LT/740i trike build.
I am seeking some advice as to the paint code for my bike.
It is a 1990 K100 LT in a metallic blue looks like a small greenish flake but happy to get as close as I can.
I am getting wheel arches aqua dipped with a bespoke design that will start just after the built in mould for the back lights.
I need to put the Colour of the background in the paid code I am looking for just to cover the white part around the light and to the bottom of the guard.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi duck.
Thanks for your response.
Going to go for the royal blue metallic as it is very close to the Scottish flag blue.
My design is a Scottish lion flying a Scottish blue and white flag ( satire )

When done I shall show a picture.

Thanks again.
Ride safe.

Go for it.

(I have 1/4 Scottish blood. That's why I'm so cheap.)

Don’t knock cheap.
I’m building my trike with the mobility part of my disability.
So I have searched high and low for the parts for it.
I know it will be built pacifically for my disability.
Thankfully I have a very long term good mate who has built a few trikes for himself and another mate.
I know if I did not have him I would not be getting a trike.

Hopefully it will be on the road this year but my health and his real job keeps throwing spanner’s at us but we will get there.

Anyway cheers for the coulur advice there are a few blues by the looks of it that the k100 came in but as I said nothing wrong with royal blue.

Stay safe.

There was me thinking you had a good idea about funny jokes and you go for the safe really old copper wire one.
I feel very disappointed and let down with the caliber of that joke.
Two wheels don’t worry I know you can do better.
You too
Stay safe.
