I'm sure that there are usable bushings available from automotive aftermarket suppliers.  I would guess that if you had the ID, OD, and length dimensions a replacement could be found.

I've no idea of the measurements unfortunately.

You have to take the old bushing out to put the new one in.  Take it out, measure it, and order a new one.

You know the ID is the bolt that goes through it, and it shouldn't be that hard to make a very good estimate of the length.  Measuring the OD of the frame tube the bushing is inserted in and subtracting the wall thickness should give a pretty good idea of the required OD.  I'm going to guess that the wall thickness is the same as the tubes you hacked off the rear of the bike.

I doubt that even BMW would go so far as to use a custom bushing for that application.

As a service to your fellow K bike owners, when you are done you could post a photo of your old bushing and it's dimensions.

The rubber bushing was used to damp fairing vibrations. It wasn't used on naked K100 models, as the attached service bulletin extract implies, nor on K75 naked models. Jibe's Brick has been resurrected as a naked model. Perhaps all that is needed is a sleeve to accommodate the bolt within the frame eye and shimming to equalize space between the engine and the front frame members. There is also this fabrication discussion about which Jibe could PM the original author concerning its success and availability.
