You have to take the old bushing out to put the new one in. Take it out, measure it, and order a new one.
You know the ID is the bolt that goes through it, and it shouldn't be that hard to make a very good estimate of the length. Measuring the OD of the frame tube the bushing is inserted in and subtracting the wall thickness should give a pretty good idea of the required OD. I'm going to guess that the wall thickness is the same as the tubes you hacked off the rear of the bike.
I doubt that even BMW would go so far as to use a custom bushing for that application.
As a service to your fellow K bike owners, when you are done you could post a photo of your old bushing and it's dimensions.
