Got this 1995 K1100RS 60000km for €300 Cool 
Needed some TLC, will update here.

The 2 bearings of the final are end of life (too soon).
Got new ones ( €50 /each), had to work on the K outside, piece of bearing was pushed to the inside, blocking the driveshaft when going forward, only goes backwards.
Got the bugger fixed, will get the K inside, and finish the girl for a ride soon Very Happy

I hope you haven't installed the drive shaft with the phasing shown in the photo.
