Does anyone have experience wiring a Bep to breakout box b to motoscope pro? Any advice or diagrams would be greatly appreciated!

I have done this configuration with a 1985 K100.  Here is my diagram (updated to show motoscope pro direct connection to ignition coil for rpm)
