The shop manual contains instructions for both the rear drum brake and rear disc brake models, but the parts list for the rear disc brake is incomplete (missing brake lines and a couple of other things). Realoem is the same.

Am I missing something?

I picked a 3/93 US model K75RT (because you didn't specify which model) and found the rear brake hoses for it listed in realoem. They're shown with the rear brake master cylinder whether ABS or not. Sometimes BMW hide things, and sometimes they include items in one catalogue but not another. For years a lot of early /6 Airhead bits could only be looked up in /5 catalogues. BMW haven't used parts fiche for yonks. Even paper catalogues (what we used to call the SNAB book) haven't been around (printed) since the '80s. Too, realoem is only a guide, as their prices are out of date. Think of them as six months or more behind.

Excellent! Thanks! But that's the fiche for "Master Cylinder". I assumed that meant the *front* master cylinder?

(According to RealOEM VIN search, it's a "K75 85 (0562,0571)". Rear badge just says "K75".)

The front master cylinder is in section 32 which includes the handlebars, because, well, it's on them. Anything else to do with brakes will always be in section 34, except the foot pedal, which is shown in section 35. Seem strange? At first, perhaps, then it makes Teutonic sense after a minute.

Note that BMW part numbers start with the section code first then a sub-section, then the actual part number. Go to realoem and instead of using the image drill down to find what you want, switch it to text drill down and you'll see the various catalogue sections. If a part number is used in multiple places it might start with a set of numbers that is not necessarily where you'd think it would be in the catalogue.

Put the last seven digits of your bike's VIN in the Profile/Signature section above along with the year and model and it'll be much more easy for someone to answer your specific question without guessing. The links I've included both say Rear Master Cylinder at the top, and certainly they look like a rear master rather than the square-sectioned front master cylinder with a lever attached.
