I live near Tauranga NZ and  have a couple of K100 RS, first one, an early 84 model has been here since 1986, the other one is a bit of a project I initially bought as  spare parts but it was still registered and too good to wreck.
I find myself buying bikes and parts I don't really need ,  to go in the already overflowing shed full of bikes and parts...not all BMWs.

I have my eyes on another  K bike to wreck, because I found a cheap Krauser Domini with a blown engine...will this ever end?

Only one thing to do, you have to get the Domani. That's my dream machine. Not many of them made, somewhere about 100 but they are by far the best you could have.

Yeah I have been dreaming ever since I saw one  back in the late 80s.

welKome to the Knuthaus Leakers.  As Duck says resistance is futile, we call it KPox and as usual with all these maladies if you  scratch it it only makes it worse.
If you don't buy that Domani you will never forgive yourself so go get it and be at peace with your inner self.

I have to point out that "cheap" is relative , a good to go  Krauser Domani is expensive, I am waiting for a reply to my offer... Once I own the outfit, and get it home, I will investigate the real condition of the engine and then if necessary start looking for a donor. I am not sure if a 1200 motor will go in but a little more horsepower couldn't hurt, could it ? Rolling Eyes
