I'm a big fan of these. I had an expensive US TireGard one before but it crapped out. So at the beginning of last summer I decided to try a cheaper one off of Fleabay from China. Works great, is very convenient and keeps me from having to get my fingers dirty manually checking tire pressures.
There are cheaper ones with a panel or bar mount for the display but I went for the kind with a key chain display since I have several bikes. That way I can just move the sensors onto the bike I plan to ride or tour on. Plus there's no install. Just spin the sensors onto the valve stems and go.
The one I have is model MB-2N:
