Clutch actuation pushrod seal Screen10Guys I cannot for the life of me work out where this pushrod seal in the image from the motorworks website goes. Does this fit into the rubber boot?

The push rod goes down the middle of the main shaft and that seal goes into the main shaft end to prevent oil running down the shaft onto the clutch.
When you look at the seal which is in there the first instinct is that some fool put it in backwards but not so.  The inside of the seal which has a tiny coil spring around the centre lip should face towards the rear of the bike.

The little clutch pushrod seal is a tricky bugger. Get it wrong and it ends up inside the gearbox. Disassemble to remove. Try to avoid replacing it if you can.

I just went through this with my airhead. That seal can indeed be tricky.  The very tiny spring came off mine when I had the transmission on the bench.  I didn't work out where the spring had come from until I had all the bits reassembled  Mad  Now the seal is in place, sans spring.  The good news is that I haven't oiled the new clutch disk - yet.
