Hi all.
I have an issue that's stumped me.
'85 K100C
I push start button and get crank for ~1second, then nothing for about the same maybe 2 seconds, hold the button and it repeats indefinitely. (not really, haven't melted anything yet)
Lights come on, fuel pump runs, starter will run if I jump the relay.
Cleaned the start button innards, seemed fine but shined it up anyway.
Cleaned the starter, no help.
It did this a few times in the past, but recovered on it's own and ran as expected for months. Until- dun dun dun da.
any ECM or IC experiences out there?
Thanks for any advice.
