Hi all

I have a question I hope someone can help with.

I was cleaning the rear brake and looked at the shock and the bottom of the shock had moved sideways towards the bevel drive.

I took shock off and put in a vice to centre the bush.

It is a hagon shock.

Has anyone else had this problem? The bush looks fine. Seems very odd. Does it mean shock has had it?

Is there anything I can do to stop it happening again.

Any help would be great.

Contact Hagon and see what they recommend. They might offer to repair it for a small cost.
It needs to be safe.

Yes I will contact them after bank holiday and see what they say.

The rest of the shock is fine. Maybe the bush as had it.

If you're talking about the rubber bush then everything's fine. What you need to do is to fit a penny washer either side of the bush to stop it from migrating sideways: it was over the top of the nut, wasn't it?
