Ok, I've been coming here for a while looking for info, but finally signed up.
Have had an 85 K100RT for many years, now has about 80k miles, IIRC. I repainted it long ago (had already been badly resprayed), now have S forks and a Works shock on it, and a non-stock seat. Been a very good bike, only real issue I've had was having to rebuild the oil/water pump.
Local CL had a low mileage 85 RT (16k) with original paint, Corbin, new battery and current maintenance done for a reasonable price - so thought I'd check it out as a potential upgrade to mine - maybe keep the low miles one and sell my older one. Unfortuately the guy also had a 93 K75S for sale (35k and needing some sorting, but running decent) for a good price as well. They've always appealed to me. Long story short, made a package deal so currently have 3 K bikes. And a 77 R100S.
Anyway having 3 of them I figure I'll be needing to post for advice (other than go seek professional counseling), so here I am!
