Hello Gerry welcome here from Tasmania!

What kind of K bike are you riding?
Pictures would be great.

Enjoy the forum and ask question when ever you like.

Cheers

Thanks for the replies guys  G'Day from Australia 112350

I have a 1985 K100RS - PO had done a complete restoration - stripped back to basics, powdercoated frame, new rubber bits, new electrics, new Fuel injectors etc etc  Its in as new condition. The only thing that dosent work is the LED clock - it has a few missing digits

I would post some pics if someone kind can tell me how to.................. lol!

gary Gerry ./..you need at least 3 posts in this area ...(members introductions )  and some time for it to bind

its a flood control thing  that stops spammers quite well

have a look here for how to host pics on the website

https://www.k100-forum.com/t998-posting-pictures-and-movies

there are other options from hosting sites ...google,  drop bucket, facebook and others as well

so give it a couple of days and try some of the recommendations

good luck

Just  a few pics. As can be seen the PO did a fantasti job - when I saw the bike close up I thought it was a new one off the factory floor.

I was very fortunate to pick it up 🆒

Cheers

Thanks for the idea re: the clock Paul - I tried it but the LED is shot so I will have to save up for a new / used one G'Day from Australia 177381

No concerns John the K100RS will not be made into a cafe racer   G'Day from Australia 112350
