Will they fit the K100? Brick2's assembly is toast and there's quite a few reasonably priced K1200 assemblies on eaby at the moment.

The mounting holes are in the wrong spots I believe. You'll have to make an adapter plate, probably of tough material to take the abuse the center stand gets.

The K12 RS/GT main stand fits the K75/100/1100 mount, but the K12 mount does not fit the five speed gearboxes. It is less rectangular in its bolt hole positions.

Easy with the Hammer Dai....let's not be hasty. Those spiders need a home  Very Happy.

The K1200rs Centre stand Legs will mate up with the K100/K1100 gee box plate to make a job of it. I'm in the market myself...broke another one  :|

Mine broke too, about 3 weeks ago! But will settle for a welded repair as I was after buying new bushes and bolts etc.

Please pardon my skepticism, but I'm wary of fixes that initially appear easy.  Put it down to my taking 3X as long as most shade tree mechanics to do the routine stuff...  Sad There are always unwelcome surprises, it seems.
If the bolt pattern matches up with my K100RS, will the legs be the appropriate length?  Will the exhaust cause it to hang up when I try to move the bike off the center stand? 😕

It ain't all sunshine and oranges.

K1200RS/GT main stands have shorter legs than a K75/K100/K11 main stand, and remember that you cannot use the K12 mounting plate on a five speed gearbox. It won't fit no way no how never mind*. But, due to the bloody great big sweeping hunk of a sidestand (assuming you'll use the K12's sidey) there's heaps of room to clear the exhaust on a K100 because K12's have that bulbous cat/can right there. Sure, your stock K100 rubber exhausty standy bumper thingy will be in the 'wrong' place.

The K1200RS/GT main stand is approximately 235mm (9.25") from centre of mounting point to the base of the feet. A K100 stand sits about 19mm (.75") longer. Factor in the shorter arse when deciding to use a later main stand.

The best part of using a K12 stand, if you can deal with the length issue  - one can use spacers (as well as longer bolts) above the mounting plate to 'extend' it towards the ground and somewhat alleviate the issue - is that as the legs are not swept out and back towards the back tyre like a K100 main stand so it clears tyres of 160/60 & 170/60 width/aspect ratio with ease.

I have a bog standard '85 K100 (130/90B17 tyre) and an '89 K100/K12 (with complete K11 stand and a 170/60ZR17 tyre fitted) in my garage and both accept will the K12 main stand with only the shorter legs as an issue.

BTW, the pivot screws will likely have to be heated to be removed, and it's a good time to replace bushings unless you know they're not shagged.

The absolute easiest no fuss main stand to fit to a K75/K100 is a clean K11 stand if you're not also using a 160/60ZR18 rear tyre! Then there's some grinding/rewelding of the left stand leg to do. There's a lengthy post somewhere here in the forum about that very subject.

*unless you have the desire/skill to fab up a steel plate with tapered offset screws to keep things flush and relocate the original mount screws to the appropriate positions.

Considering the prices of even s/h K100 or K1100 stands, I think I'll be breaking out the 14mm solid bar. A full K1200 side/mainstand set on ebay seems to be averaging at £37 - I'm not going to argue with the small fab jobs needed to cope with the different dimensions.
