Rear ducktail fairing mount , sandwiches the fiberglass where it bolts to the frame, inside where the tool box lives under the seat.

Bushy.

the steel bushing could be from a rubbermounting for  a foot peg plate

Further to what Bushy mentioned, the two larger "rubbers" are in the ducktail at the rear.  They are located just in front of the rear brake light and are sandwiched in between the bracket which holds the rear wheel mudguard in place (from underneath).  Should have a penny washer on top and a 10mm lock nut will hold it all together.  The rubber is more of a vibration damper.

It is also necessary to loosen these two nuts if you wish to remove the rear plastic registration plate fitted below the rear brake light.  There are also two self tapping screws here holding it up snug.  Might want to check they are firm.

Hope this helps.

Dave.
