My chair lives, will post a few pics soon. Planning on building a second body, basically a large box set up for camping. Cheers, ausbrick

Go for Eden Aus. Would be good to catch up again.

Lots of good work in that outfit. With the amount of karts and outfits popping up there should be no problems carrying supplies on group rides.

Cheers

Hello Mr Ausbrick,
Nice looking outfit and nice boat too. Just looking at your front top mounting point: it looks a little low. Do you have any issues with the bike "settling" against the chair so far?

Hi Sean, good to see you back,

My top front fitting is at the same point as Ausbrick's, ie the top engine fixing bolt. No problems for the past 100+ K miles or so.

Paul.

Thanks Paul, it's nice to be back too.
Well yours is certainly tried and tested so there'd be no issue. I've had a lot of issues with the chair attached to the Rocket and I'm looking at some mods to where the mounting points are etc.

One outfit I had used this mounting point. What happened eventually was that the frame cracked back under the seat, apparently because the headstem could twist a little during cornering. A higher mounting point and some bracing would help with this. In fairness though, that outfit was pounded along a lot of dirt roads which cant have helped. I expect on mainly sealed roads it would be fine. Phil
