If I remove the piece between my front fender will it modify bike's stability?

The bridge between the top of the sliders is there to reinforce the fork,
by removing it you will have a weaker fork.

On my last K100RT I changed the forks to the same as yours. Couldn't get the originals to keep their oil.
On the previous K100LT, I installed a tubular fork brace.
In both cases, I BELIEVE that I noticed that the front end was more stable. But imagination can play tricks.
My feeling would be to keep some type of fork bracing.
Unless you're after looks rather than function?

Some of the reason for this fork brace is that the traditional F&S fork have
damping in both legs, the sport version (like yours) have damping on only
one side.

When I first got mine it had b*ggered Ohlins forks on it. Adding a fork brace definately improved the handling but it wasn't until I went to F&S with Hagon progressive springs and the fork brace that the handling was transformed. So, yes, I'd keep the fork brace. It does make a difference if you're pushing the bike hard.
