The forks on my trusty K75 need rechroming to get rid of some rust spots.

I've got a quote from a mob in Brisbane, which is about 1100kms south of me, but I would like to work out shipping costs to get them there and back.

I have to go to Adelaide in early November, and there is a mob there who can also do the job, so it MAY be cheaper to take them on the plane and arrange for my SIL to ship them back, so one way only.

Problem is I don't have them out of the bike yet, so can someone please help by letting me know the weight and length of a fork leg??  Someone must have one lying around they can quickly measure and weigh.
