Has anyone had any luck finding an off the shelf 4-1 28mm(1 1/8 ) merge collector?

I've seen heaps of 1 1/2 online and getting for reducers to get from the factory 28mm to 1 1/2 just seems unnecessary.

I have seen BSK's solution.  I can have one made locally for less than the $450AUD.

I couldnt find one so I made my own, anything I came up with was in inch sizes and didn't quite fit.

Anyone locally have a scrap one?  The two I have don't deserve to be cut up.

I have a muffler here that wore out by leaning too far you can have it if you want and cut it up for parts.
Its only a pleasant 2 1/2 hour ride to Stanthorpe

hello mate,  i also took to a muffler or two with the big blue handled screwdriver and a four pound hammer.
there is a spare here, near to you by all appearances. having in the past acquired a set of headers and a supertrapp i will happily donate the stock muffler to science.

Hi Bean,

Had a good look at one of mine last night.  It looks a likely candidate for cutting.  Appreciate the offer.
