I'm wondering if the following injectors (listed in a posting from 1997 on IBMWR) are usable as subs for a K100 4V model. Could anyone tell me if they are, or if there is another, more current sub?

I don't know of hand, but logically my feeling is NO, there should be no difference between K1002V or 4V.

Of course there may be mechanical differences and even electric plugs, but the delivery volume should be just the same.
