And, just for grins, here's how they compare to the stock bias ply tire sizes:
A 110/80-18 is about 0.6% smaller in circumference and diameter than a 100/90-18.
A 140/80-17 is about 1.5% smaller than a 130/90-17.
If I were putting new tires on a non-drum K75/K100 with Y spoke wheels I'd go with a Bridgestone BT-023 front and Avon AV46 rear. (That's what I run on my K75s with 3-spoke wheels and they handle quite well.)
