Ok, so this ride is going to take place on the weekend of May 9th-10-11th. Some friends from Newcastle are keen to go on their red K100RT and wanted a definite date. Please come along for the ride!

If just a bunch of middle age men on middle age motorcycles then I am still in. I will just have to bring my own ninjas.

Negotiating the long way with Rickmeister. Maybe down to Tipperary and meeting up with the M8 which does happen to meet up with the M7 about an hour from Dublin...

Yeah we have them in Cessnock shire too, though most of our cars are abandoned, so don't know why those people were there in that photo, maybe awaiting a couple trailies to come by Rolling Eyes

Is the date set in concrete? Again, it involves the Mother's Day weekend. Met with v.frosty signal from the bride re: going away for that weekend.

Actually neither can I. The people I originally arranged to make this ride with can only do it on the weekend of the 9th so I'll have to ride there with them that weekend.

Well this is a F.up if ever there was. I reckon we go back to the original weekend 9th, 10th and 11th May on the grounds that Schoorn organized it around dates that his friends could come and now because some cant come due to it being Mothers Day. I consider that is the way it has to be.  I don't mean to offend anyone but under the circumstances I think it's only right.
