On a serious note you are very welcome and it is a good buy. There is a section at the portal on the site here You have just bought a K bike and what to do next. There are a few simple things. If it hasn't been run for a few years get advice here before firing it up as there are some procedures you should follow. Seals harden, grease dries out, hoses and fuel lines perish. If it hasn't had new tyres go for new ones immediately as they harden badly with age.

Everyone is extremely helpful and there is lots of technical information and help too. Parts are available and any problems you encounter, you will find someone has been there before and has a solution. With a few simple things done the K is a very reliable steed.

Also a chance to meet some fellow K riders too, whether is K75 K100 K1100 or an R we have some good meet ups.

Good to have you join-in. Good to see yet another K75 has survived.

Two new K75 members this morning, must be some renewed interest in the K75.

Only 56 miles of water separate us and sure that's no distance and even HoverK100 has a cure for that.

Surely some small adventure across the sea is on the cards, Wales and Scotland have lovely places for a bike trip, on our side we have Wicklow and both the Mournes and Antrim drives, all of them within half an hour of ferry ports and short sea crossings.

Welcome to the world of K ownership troubleshooter.  I used to ride a K75 at work many years ago, and they were a very nice machine, being particularly smooth.

Welcome aboard - that's a nice low mileage K75 you have picked up there.  It will probably need a good check over before you take to the road seriously.  All the help you might need can be found here somewhere, if not just ask

Troubleshooter

You just have to bring the K75 across to Cork some time. You can't be from Cork and then not make a trip like that.

My daughter is in London and I am planning a trip over instead of the usual flying one. Its a great bike run, especially if you take the back roads and go by Holyhead and head down through Wales instead of the direct A5/M6/M1 or M4 routes. If you do it then a meet up is on the cards. 92KK
