Hello everyone! Just picked up a K100 a few months ago! Its a big difference than my old R75/5; a lot more power. I'm also new to the Seattle area, so It will be a great summer exploring the area on my new ride.

I lived in Vancouver for 20 years feel like I'm almost from Seattle...cool city.  Post pics of your bike  Very Happy took my 100 for the longest ride so far in -6 and its got way more power than my KLR650 that is for sure.

Welcome KTRacer. Seattle will have nice all year riding. Get good rain gear. Very Happy

Also, if you put the year and other model info in your signature it really helps the collective brain trust in giving you great information. VIN helps as well.

If you type your VIN here you can find out about your bike.

Welcome.

Whereabouts in the Seattle area are you?

From wherest came thou?

It's not SoCal but between the mountains and water around here there's a few decent rides and some nice scenery.  I'm a Seattle native and know the area well.

Welcome to the pah-tay! There's heaps of info and some very good techies on here to help you with your K trubs and all of us generally enjoy sharing our K joys too. It's a good idea to post your bike's year/model info to your profile. It helps when questions are asked to identify the specifics. There's excellent availability of spares both new and used, locally, as well.

Thanks everyone!
Hey Duck, this is Keegan from Milwaukee. I met you a few months back. I do have some bad news for you. I figured out what that buzzing noise was in the fairings was. The two top mounts were ripped out of the fairing. So the good news is its going to make a great cafe racer now! Very Happy
