Followed a lady on a moped today that had training wheels. She did not have learner plates or provisional plates on the bike.
It got very interesting at the round-about the inside wheel made contact with the road as she learned and the rear wheel broke contact and lifted of the ground

She nearly fell off across two lanes of moving traffic

How our government has allowed these thing to be sold and on the road amazed me

Iam also told you dont need a bike licence or any on road training for these things

Under 50cc and you dont need a bike licence only a car licence. If you want a real experience go to surfers Paradise and watch the tourists nearly kill them selves then go to the Southport hospital and see how many go in there for treatment from bike prangs.
What do you expect from a stupid bunch of pollies who think that having a car licence for 12 months will make you a better rider. For the ones not in Queensland you cant get a bike licence till you have had a car licence for 12 months
