I just filled my tank with petrol after I payed and returned to my bike I found a puddle of petrol under it, I thought it may have been there from a previuos spill but half way home I had petrol all over both boots, I drained tank when I got home but petrol was every where and running out of radiator shroud. I hope only a hose has let go it was pouring out evreywhere. Under the motor and my boots are now clean.

Lucky it didnt go woof and turn into a dog. Sounds like the hoses are past the use by as they are on many vehicles.

Waz, best thing is to buy a meter or so of fuel injection rated hose and do them all, chances are the tank to fuel rail, and fuel rail to fuel pressure regulator will need replacing to be safe. I got mine from Auto Pro.
Sing out of you need some help. (that's a first for me).

The air box on a 8v is chicken $hit you should try to get one out of a 16v

Remove the top section by releasing the clamp on the small end of the tube to the plenum and then the top will move aside to get the lower part out. Easiest to use a 7mm socket and 1/4 drive ratchet. That can be difficult first time but if you leave the small bolt on the clamp at about 7 o'clock position then its easy next time.
