After being swizzed by a local garage for 6hrs futile labour looking for an ABS fault, an independent BMW mechanic has confirmed its actually motronic unit at fault.

These are £300 a pop from Motorworks here in the UK, so any one out there with a 'spare' for sale will find a willing buyer.


Can't believe one just went for £50 on ebay just a couple of weeks ago!

That is the early K1100 (moronic 2.1) unit and yes they will do the job.
If you dont want it for some reason I will get you to buy and I will take it for sure for a spare for my red pink terror.
